Per Service Daily Blocks Reports are sent out via email each morning. You will receive one email report for each RiskAnalytics IP-shunning service you own.
Each Per Service Daily Blocks Report you receive has three data sections:
- Total Inbound / Outbound Blocks Graph
- Top 10 Inbound Blocks Chart
- Top 10 Outbound Blocks Chart
Total Inbound / Outbound Blocks Graph
The Total Inbound / Outbound Blocks Graph shows you the proportion of inbound blocks to outbound blocks through your device over the last day. This can be useful for quickly spotting abnormalities in your shun statistics. If the number of total outbound blocks suddenly jumps from the previous day, it may be an indicator that you have an infected machine on your network. Top 10 Inbound Blocks Chart
The Top 10 Inbound Blocks Chart shows you information on the top ten inbound blocked IPs from the last day. The chart consists of ten "cards", each of which contain the blocked IP address, the shunlist that IP address is on, and the approximate number of blocks against that IP. For more exact shun counts, you may log into your RA Force dashboard.
Top 10 Outbound Blocks Chart
The Top 10 Outbound Blocks Chart shows you information on the top ten outbound blocked IPs from the last day. The chart consists of ten "cards", each of which contain the blocked IP address, the shunlist that IP address is on, and the approximate number of blocks against that IP. For more exact shun counts, you may log into your RA Force dashboard.
Note: You only receive emails for services that have shuns the previous day. If a service delivered no shuns the previous day, you will receive no email for that service.
Subscribing or Unsubscribing to Per-Service Reports
1. Sign into your RA Force dashboard.
2. Navigate to your User Preferences, which is in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Select your name to view the drop-down menu and choose "User Preferences".
3. In the "Email Settings" pane select the link below "Email Types" - In the screenshot below the link says "10/15". This will open up your email settings and allow you to subscribe or unsubscribe to various emails available to you across RA's services.
4. Check the "Enabled" checkbox and the "Email" checkboxes for "Per Service Daily Blocks Reports".
5) Click purple "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.
You are now subscribed to the Per Service Daily Blocks Reports!
