It is critical for customers with RiskAnalytics Devices to be signed up for Device Outage Notifications.
To turn on Device Outage Notifications follow the steps below:
1. Log into your RA Force portal.
2. Click on your username in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select “User Preferences” from the drop-down menu.
4. Under "Email Settings" the system will indicate how many emails you have enabled.
5. Click the link below "Email Types" (will show up as XX/12 or similar).
6. User Message Settings will be displayed on this page.
7. Click the boxes for both "Enabled" and "Email" next to "Device Outage."
8. Click the Save button.
You will now receive emails when any of your connected RiskAnalytics Devices go offline.
